The number one question we get is: "Do you do house plans?" The answer is Yes, Yes we do. This is a more affordable, streamlined version of our full architectural service, we can provide you with legible drawings for your custom home.

What you get: 

Four (4) copies for Single-Family and Multi-Family Dwellings of up to two (2) units

Six (6) copies for Multi-Family Dwellings consisting of three (3) or more units.

Includes: Completed Application Form and all architectural drawings required for Town and Country Approval.

Single Family Residence

Interior reconfiguration of up to 250 sq. ft.

Everything you'd expect from an architect. Our full design service provides you with all the architectural details that describe the character of your project. Start with a selection of unique design schemes prepared just for you, and after multiple levels of design refinements, we'll know your home inside and out. At the end, you have a more comprehensive set of drawings for better material estimating, pricing and construction.

What you get:

Basic Design Service +

Kitchen planning and cabinet layouts. Reflected ceiling plans and lighting layouts. Collaborative Pinterest boards for design inspirations, colour palettes, furniture and decor ideas. Interactive 3D walkthroughs and more.


Commercial projects can vary. Is it a restaurant? Boutique store? Barbershop?
The type of commercial space creates a lot of factors to consider, so flat-rate pricing isn't so simple here. Give us a call, let's take a look at your space and we'll develop a proposal for your project. Don't worry, it's free and there's no pressure to commit.

construction concierge service

4 - 10% of total construction costs (materials + labour)

Our Construction Concierge Service lets you take advantage of our expertise during the construction phase by letting us handle the project for you. Coordinating, estimating, scheduling; we sweat all the little details so that you don't have to. No project is ever 100% stress or problem free, so we don't make those promises, but our involvement during the construction phase catches many problems before they happen, and we work quickly and diligently to help resolve those few instances when things don't go as planned. Learn more...

What you should know:

Town and Country approval is just one of many. Most construction projects require approvals from your local Regional Corporation, Public Health, WASA, and among other entities. Each of these organizations have their rules and requirements, making even the smallest or "simplest" require multiple design or construction professionals. 

What else you'll need:

  • Isometric plumbing drawings are required for buildings serviced by a sewer system and should be prepared and submitted by a Licensed Sanitary Contractor for WASA approval.
